All Planer Knives Direct products are guaranteed. If they do not meet your satisfactio, you may return your purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for details and instructions on returning an item for refund.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Planer Knives Direct will issue a full refund, less shipping costs, for items returned in new condition within 60 days of the shipment date. IMPORTANT: All returns must include the original receipt.

Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your purchase will be processed manually and you will be contacted before a purchase is processed if there is any variance in price from that shown for the price(s) of item(s) purchased, tax, or shipping costs. We review each order individually before billing to your credit card and no changes will be made to your order without your express consent.
Out of Stock Policy
Though rare, our inventory can fluctuate through depletion of stock, so an item indicated as in stock when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock.
In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back order. The email will also provide you with information if and when the item will be restocked and on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Planer Knives Direct, you must contact customer support by email (http://planerknivesdirect.com/contact.php) or by phone (800-800-404-1212).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, date of the order, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund minus shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
All items are shipped on the same business day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the following business day.
